Australia Post

Due to current times, our partner Australia Post is experiencing some understandable delays. For some locations around Australia our usual delivery times are taking a little longer than normal (8-14 Days), please hang in there, we assure you the wait is worth it. You can find the most up to date information and updates with Australia Post here.

Shipping costs within Australia

We offer Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $10. You can expect your delivery within 2+ business days depending on your location (Note COVID-19 delays as mentioned above may affect these regular times)

We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of $15. You can expect your delivery within 1 - 2 business days.  (Note: We don't recommend paying extra for express post during COVID-19 times as it is unlikely your order will be delivered overnight.)

For any orders OVER $150, we offer FREE standard shipping.

All orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days.

If you purchase a pre-order item with an in-stock item, you order will be held until all items arrive. If you require any styles that are in stock to be sent first, please place a separate order for that item or send us an email at info@graylabelstore.com and we can arrange an invoice for the additional postage.

International shipping costs

We charge a flat rate of $15 to New Zealand and $32.95AUD to other countries for international shipping. This if for a registered express shipping service. Overseas shipping times are dependent on the location. Please email us if you would like an estimate timeframe.

Important

With regards to Pre-Order items or exclusive pieces and special drops, depending on the item, time frames can vary from 1 to 4 weeks since they're being made just for you. If you would like a timeframe for delivery, you can check the product page for an ETA or send us an email at info@graylabelstore.com
Please note that during peak periods (Christmas, Easter, peak sale periods, Public holidays etc) there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, however we will always try our absolute best to stick to the standard timeframes.
