Shipping & Handling
Hi Gray Babes, we're still operating & working hard to get your goodies to you 🙌. However, please allow a couple of extra days for your order to be dispatched due to hygiene and social distancing restrictions we have had to reduce our staff capacity during this time.
During these current times, our shipping partners are experiencing some understandable delays, air freight is currently being impacted by the reduction of flights and road freight is currently impacted by each state governments restrictions, boarder checks, police checks on drivers etc.
We recommend as a general guide to allow an extra 2 - 5 working days during these times for your parcel to reach you from when it leaves us and we also don't recommend selecting express post to avoid disappointment.

We have partnered with Australia Post & Aramex to provide shipping services to our customers. Whether your parcel goes with Australia Post or Aramex depends on your location and whether you have selected standard or express and if you have a PO Box or Parcel Locker. Both shipping providers provide an excellent and fast and efficient service.
Your shipping confirmation email will provide a trackable link to your shipping provider.
Shipping costs within Australia
We offer Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $10. You can expect your delivery within 2+ business days depending on your location (Note COVID-19 delays as mentioned above may affect these regular times)
We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of $15. You can expect your delivery within 1 - 2 business days. (Note: We don't recommend paying extra for express post during COVID-19 times as it is unlikely your order will be delivered overnight.)
For any orders OVER $150, we offer FREE standard shipping.
All orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days.
If you purchase a pre-order item with an in-stock item, you order will be held until all items arrive. If you require any styles that are in stock to be sent first, please place a separate order for that item or send us an email at email@example.com and we can arrange an invoice for the additional postage.
